School Leaver - Full Time Courses

Our range of full time vocational courses offer the ideal stepping stone for learners leaving school after Year 11. South Thames Colleges Group is the place to be with a wide range of subject options at all levels across our four Colleges. If you are looking to gain the qualifications to take you into employment, an Apprenticeship or university, we have a course to suit your goals.

The environment at our Colleges is very different to school. We offer more independence whilst being welcoming and committed to excellent teaching and support. If you are aged 16-19 years you will join a Study Programme comprising your main Vocational Qualification, English and Mathematics if not previously achieved at GCSE grade 4, Employability skills including a work or industry placement and Enrichment where you can join activities and events.

South Thames Colleges Group (STCG) is committed to providing training and work experience opportunities for students with learning difficulties and/or disabilities, see our Foundation Learning SEND courses below for more details.

"Learners and apprentices demonstrate exceptional behaviour in lessons and around the campuses. They develop excellent social and communication skills through work experience and volunteering.
