Key Facts

VTCT Level 3 Diploma in Beauty Therapy Treatments

This course is designed for Beauty Therapists already possessing a Level 2 recognised qualification. They will be able to broaden their existing knowledge and meet industry requirements.

Students on this course will be invited to attend cross-college events that will develop their job skills. Examples of previous events students have attended are:

Professional Beauty @ Excel (Trade Exhibition) Product Training with Eve Taylor Work experience, external and on-site Guest speaker programme

  • Entry Requirements


    We will invite you to a Meet the Tutor event where you will receive information, advice, and guidance about the course you have applied for. This will be an opportunity for you to gain valuable information about the course and give you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.

    2 x GCSE's at any grade including Maths and English and/or a relevant vocational equivalent and must have successfully completed a Level 2 qualification, at Merit level, in Beauty Therapy.

  • Additional Information


    One year, full time. Attendance in College three or four days a week with work experience in our commercial salon. Next course start date: September. Work experience is an essential part of your learning package.

    Evidence will be shown in portfolios and of evidence. Kit and uniform is required for practical lessons. Further information regarding kit, uniform and other equipment and materials will be given at advice and guidance/interview sessions. Early application is advised as these courses are popular. The College reserves the right to only run a course if enrolment has reached minimum requirements.

  • Assessment Details


    This course will require you to complete course work, practical assessments, assignments and external exams. All students wil be required to supply some of their own models for practical assessments.
