Business, Marketing and Finance - BTEC L2 Extended Certificate
This course is an ideal introduction to business studies. If you want an office-based job or to work in retail, this course will give you a great overview of business. It builds on the skills you already have and introduces you to new aspects of the business world so your future career options become even more interesting. You'll also have a work placement to give you real world experience, previously this has been with companies like Tesco, Office Angels and Next. We also run several visits a year to companies, often based in the City, to see the different roles and practices for the organisation - this will help you understand how different business sectors work. Previous visits have included Bank of Tokyo and Red Star Insurance. We also take part in other initiatives as they become available, for example, last year our students took part in a Dragon's Den style event run by Wandsworth Council.
