Science

Studying the sciences develops your problem-solving skills and trains your brain on how to be logical and to think clearly - as well as making exciting discoveries and helping solve huge global problems!

Because scientific progress is crucial to our future, scientists are extremely employable. You can look forward to a range of careers and study pathways, including Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Dietetics, Physiotherapy, Nutrition, Pharmaceutical and Forensic Science, Biochemistry and Radiography.

Alternatively, with a background in the study of science, you might pursue a career in industrial manufacturing, a hospital laboratory, environmental science or work in schools, colleges and universities.

“The Apprenticeship helped me grow both technically and personally. Combining hands-on lab work with study showed me the value of staying organised and focused, and earning a Distinction proved that my effort and commitment were worthwhile.” Faisal, Laboratory Technician Apprentice at Imperial College London
