We offer a wide range of Performing and Production Arts courses from Level 1 through to Level 6. Our highly vocational courses cover all aspects of practical skill training and development, creative practice, live performance opportunities and production management building a strong foundation and industry awareness to pursue a successful career.
Our Performing Arts courses encompass acting for stage and screen, allowing you to explore a wide range of performance-related skills from performing scripted plays, musical theatre, vocal training, devising and directing whilst developing transferable industry-related skills for continuing professional development.
The Dance Course is built upon the core techniques (ballet, contemporary and jazz). You will take part in technique and performance training, and creative practice workshops and continually strengthen your skillset through live performance opportunities. With an additional focus on professional development and event management, you will benefit from both practical and business-related skills development opening up a wide range of future employment and career opportunities.
The Production Arts – Technical Theatre courses develop a broad range of skills in all aspects of stage production and live events including lighting and sound design/operations, stage management, scenic design and construction working closely with internal and external creatives. This is a hands-on practical course in which you will benefit from crewing an exciting programme of events held in the College’s industry-standard Theatre.
The Level 3 Media Make-Up courses explore the thrilling world of hair, special effects makeup and prosthetics for stage and screen, which increasingly dominates the theatre and film industry. It provides a wealth of opportunities to explore your potential and develop an industry-standard skillset through creating and applying advanced prosthetics, postiche, body art, airbrushing techniques as well as period and fantasy hair design for theatre, film and fashion editorial.

Second year student, Jack, has received offers at specialist Higher Education Institutions including Rose Bruford and Mountview, both leading UK drama schools with worldwide reputations for excellence in education and specialist training. Jack will be studying BA (Hons) Theatre Production Arts - Lighting at Mountview this September.
