Digital Art, Animation and Games Design is an important industry and Britain’s creative talent pool is growing to compete on a global scale. It is important that education in this country responds by producing young people with creative and technical skills to build the competitive interactive visual experiences demanded by the industry.

Each summer, family and friends are invited to celebrate the incredible work of our talented Creative Industries students at our End of Year Summer Shows. Visitors enjoy an eclectic mix of live music, exhibitions and performances showcasing the exciting work from a range of emerging talents. “My expectations were instantly blown out of the water. Going for a BTEC qualification gave me first-hand experience of what it's like within the creative industry. Undergoing work placements, listening to talks from well-established professionals, and doing digital/traditional coursework helped me gain insight into what I might do in my future career. My incredibly supportive tutors and amazing peers allowed me to have a more enjoyable adventure throughout the course.
