City and Guilds Level 1 Certificate in Motor Vehicle Maintenance and Repair

We will invite you to a Meet the Tutor event where you will receive information, advice, and guidance about the course you have applied for. This will be an opportunity for you to gain valuable information about the course and give you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.

You will need to provide a copy of your last school report and/or a reference from an employer or relevant professional. This is to ensure we can support you to achieve well on the course.

• 2 x GCSE's in Maths and English Language grade 2/E, OR
• Functional Skills L1 Maths and English

Students may progress on to City and Guilds Level 2 Certificate in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or a Level 2 Apprenticeship subject to meeting the entry requirements, and/or related employment criteria for an Apprenticeship.

During your time with us you will have access to a dedicated team of careers and education advisors who will help you as you take the next steps towards achieving your goals.

You will require pens, pencils and folder for your class notes. You will need to purchase safety boots, and overalls which the college will provide.
