Safeguarding

Zy gained a fantastic D*D*D*, equivalent to three A* grades at A Level, placing her in a strong position as she takes the next step towards an exciting future in the fashion industry. With an unconditional offer from London School of Fashion and plans to further explore her options, the opportunities ahead are endless.

Zy says: “I chose to study at Kingston College because I’d had a rough secondary school experience and dropped out. Initially I took a BTEC Level 2 in Art and Design to reintroduce myself to education before studying for two years on the BTEC Level 3 Fashion, Textiles & Costume. Both courses taught me so much about the subjects, industries and also encouraged me to discover myself. I am taking a gap year to progress my independent fashion businesses and brands although I’ve received an unconditional offer from London School of Fashion to study BA (Hons) Fashion Contour but am also considering applying to Central St Martins to study BA (Hons) Fashion Design.

“Kingston College allowed me to take ownership and responsibility over my work allowing me to really develop exactly how I wanted to with lots of support from my tutors.”
