Students at Kingston College had the opportunity to explore a wide range of progression pathways at the College's annual Higher Education and Apprenticeship Fair, organised by the Careers and Student Services team.

The event brought together leading universities and apprenticeship providers, giving hundreds of students the chance to speak directly with experts about their next steps after college.

Representatives from a variety of higher education institutions attended, including University of Exeter, University of Nottingham, University of Sussex, Kingston University, King's College London and St Mary's University. Students were also able to learn more about apprenticeship opportunities from employers and training providers including Taylor Wimpey, Unilever, Springboard and Microsoft.

The annual event forms an important part of Kingston College's wider careers and employability programme, helping students make informed decisions about their academic and professional futures while raising aspirations and broadening horizons.

Rita Harrington, Careers Adviser at Kingston College, said: "The Higher Education and Apprenticeship Fair forms part of our annual Careers and Employability Programme, which is designed to raise aspirations and help students make informed decisions about their future progression routes. Events such as this provide invaluable opportunities for students to engage directly with universities and employers, explore the options available to them and gain confidence in planning their next steps. We look forward to strengthening our existing partnerships and developing new relationships as we continue to support students in their applications to university and Higher and Degree Apprenticeships."
