Level 2 and Level 3 Music Tech students at Kingston College started their work experience with Oli Pengilly of 0181 Studios. It was awesome to work with a well-established Music Producer, Sound Designer and Voice Over specialist. Oli shared with the students details on his audio career and all the work he has done for radio and library music and shared some top tips on cracking the industry. He then went into classrooms to help workshop ideas for the brief.
Students will be creating music tracks using samples provided by Oli. The goal is for students to unleash their creativity and explore genres, their own niche and sound and then present the final tunes. Thank you, Oli, for supporting this brief.
