Safeguarding

ESOL Horizons students and their lecturer Byron Davies are stepping up for a cause that touches many hearts: Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity (GOSH). On 16 June, the team will do a Walkathon along the river Thames from Kingston to Waterloo, raising both awareness and vital funds to support life‑changing care for seriously ill children.

In the days leading up to the Walkathon, the group also hopes to run bucket collections in the College atrium and outside Kingston’s Bentall Centre on 15th and 16th of June.

Great Ormond Street Hospital relies heavily on charitable donations to fund pioneering research, specialist equipment, family support services and world‑leading medical care. Every pound raised by ESOL Horizons will help ensure that children at GOSH receive the best possible treatment and support.
