STCG Student Conference 2026: Collaboration, Insight, and Inspiration in Action
The Student Conference was a fantastic and engaging day, bringing together Student Councils from all college groups, alongside the Governors. Everyone enjoyed a delicious meal prepared and served by the hospitality students at Merton.
Throughout the day, students took part in a range of informative and interactive workshops, including sessions on AI & Fakes, White Ribbon, social media and Online Safety, Trauma Informed Approaches, and Attendance. These workshops encouraged discussion, participation, and collaboration, while giving students the opportunity to share their views and provide valuable feedback to help shape priorities for the next academic year.
