A huge thank you to Linsey from Kingston and Richmond NHS Foundation Trust, who delivered an engaging Work‑Related Talk (WRT) to our Year 1 BTEC Applied Science students this week. Her presentation offered a detailed and inspiring look into careers within the pharmacy sector, highlighting the essential role pharmacy teams play across the NHS.
Linsey also gave students valuable insight into alternative pathways into the profession, including pharmacy‑technician Apprenticeships and a wide range of supporting roles that provide hands‑on, meaningful entry routes into healthcare. Students left the session with fresh motivation, clearer career direction and plenty of food for thought as they consider their next steps.
