Carshalton College’s Plumbing students recently had the exciting opportunity to meet Nic Drew from Monument Tools, a renowned UK-based manufacturer of high-quality plumbing tools. Nic delivered an engaging talk, offering insights into how the company develops and implements new inventions designed to make life easier for professional tradespeople.
During his visit, Nic showcased a range of innovative products, freshly made in Monument Tools' factory, and demonstrated how they can improve efficiency on-site. Students had the chance to get hands-on testing the tools for themselves, gaining valuable practical experience with industry-standard equipment.
As an added bonus, Nic shared a QR code with the group, giving them exclusive access to purchase tools at discounted prices—helping them build their own professional toolkits as they continue their training.
