Luca Ferrara achieved Triple Distinction*, equivalent to 3 A* at A Level on his BTEC in 3D Design at Kingston College and has accepted a place at Loughborough University to study a degree in Architecture.
Luca says: “I joined the 3D Design course with little to no experience with drawing or design but had an interest in both. The course provided me with opportunities to learn different techniques and methods that helped me understand the key principles of 3D design.
“Throughout the course I have learned how to use markers and make models, which I found challenging, but my tutors and lecturers were constantly pushing me, which helped me reach my goal of Triple Distinction*.
“I am optimistic for the future because I know the skills I have learned on this course will heavily aid me at university and give me the skills necessary within the field of architecture.”
