As part of National T Levels Week 2025, Kingston College is proud to welcome our newest cohort of T Level students. Grace, Jai, and Shahrooz have recently begun their studies on the T Level in Design & Development for Engineering & Manufacturing - and are already embracing the exciting opportunities ahead.
The trio will soon embark on a five-day industry placement with British Airways, gaining valuable real-world experience in a leading engineering environment.
Each student brings a unique ambition to the course:
- Grace hopes to pursue a career in rollercoaster maintenance and sees the manufacturing element of the T Level as a vital foundation. She aims to progress onto a Degree Apprenticeship after completing her studies.
- Jai was drawn to the course by its 45-day work placement, sharing: “It will give me an advantage over others when it comes to employment or a Degree Apprenticeship.”
- Shahrooz enjoys the creative, hands-on nature of the programme and aspires to enter the aerospace industry through a Degree Apprenticeship.
We’re thrilled to support our T Level students as they begin their journey and look forward to seeing their progress over the next two years.
