Students and staff at Kingston College came together before the Easter break for a joyful and vibrant Cultural Day to celebrate heritage, diversity and community spirit. Thanks to the hard work of the Enrichment team, the event was a huge success and created a lively, inclusive atmosphere enjoyed by all.
The College atrium was filled with colour as staff and students dressed in traditional clothing representing their cultural backgrounds. One of the standout moments of the afternoon was a stage performance by Pastoral Tutor, Sabah Malik, who delivered a beautiful dance to share and celebrate her heritage.
Food played a big part in the celebrations, with a generous spread that included Wagamama dishes, Prezzo pizzas, popcorn, sweets, drinks and more. The selection added to the festive mood and encouraged students to come together, relax and enjoy the experience.
The event successfully showcased the rich diversity within the Kingston College community and highlighted the importance of cultural exchange and appreciation.
