It offers immersive attractions such as sparkling light trails, themed shows, and interactive activities that encourage visitors to embrace the wonder of winter. More than just entertainment, Winter Wishes creates a safe, inclusive space where young people and families can share memorable moments together.
The King’s Trust Team programme is a 12-week personal development course that helps young people build confidence, develop skills, and prepare for future education or employment. Participants work together on community projects, gain practical qualifications, and take part in activities that strengthen teamwork and resilience. The programme is especially impactful for those who may have faced barriers in life, offering a second chance to grow and succeed.
For the students, the trip to Winter Wishes was more than just a festive outing - it was a celebration of their progress and hard work. Surrounded by dazzling lights and joyful music, they had the chance to bond as a team, reflect on their journey, and create lasting memories.
The visit highlighted the importance of combining education with experiences that inspire hope and belonging. By bringing the students to Winter Wonderland, staff reinforced the message that growth isn’t just about skills—it’s also about joy, connection, and believing in brighter futures.
