The Kingston College Men’s Football Academy marked the end of an outstanding season with a special Awards Presentation, celebrating the achievements, progression and commitment of all players involved. This year saw 53 students take part, contributing to one of the Academy’s most successful seasons to date.

On the pitch, both teams delivered impressive performances. The A Team secured 4th place in their league, while the B Team achieved an excellent 2nd place finish. The Academy also enjoyed success in cup competitions, winning the Regional 7‑a‑side tournament and going on to compete at the National 7‑a‑side finals. Individual progression has been equally strong, with three players selected for the League Representative Squad, and two players progressing into the Under 18 Isthmian League squad, alongside several others stepping into Under 18 and Under 23 evening teams.

The Academy continues to go from strength to strength, not only in performance on the pitch but also in maintaining high standards academically and professionally. Growing interest reflects this success, with over 100 enquiries already received for next season. Trials are ongoing, with the next Trial taking place on Monday 25th May, as the Academy looks to build on this year’s achievements and continue attracting talented, dedicated players.
