Creative Media students at Carshalton College have completed an exciting industry collaboration with JLL (Jones Lang LaSalle), supporting the promotion of Colindale Gardens, a major new residential development in North London.
The project offered students the opportunity to work to professional commercial standards, contributing to high-quality visual content for an international property marketing campaign. Students undertook a range of production tasks including drone videography, interior photography, and a full professional workflow from pre‑production planning to post‑production editing.
The collaboration provided students with valuable insight into the expectations and pressures of client‑based work. They responded to a live brief and delivered creative assets aligned with the needs of a global real‑estate brand.
