Carshalton College’s Level 2 Motorcycle students recently hit the road to Birmingham for an exciting visit to the Motorcycle Live Show at the NEC.
The event gave students the chance to explore the latest motorcycle models and discover a wide range of aftermarket parts and accessories shaping the industry.
Hands-on experiences were a highlight of the day. Several students tried their hand at welding, sandblasting, and powder coating—valuable skills for anyone entering the motorcycle trade. Others had the opportunity to test ride new electric motorcycles, gaining insight into the future of sustainable transport.
The trip was a fantastic opportunity for students to deepen their knowledge, develop practical skills, and experience the cutting edge of motorcycle technology.
A great day was had by all, and the experience will undoubtedly inspire the next generation of motorcycle professionals.
