Carshalton College was delighted to take part in this year’s Eco Fair, held at Carshalton Park on Bank Holiday Monday.
The vibrant event, organised by EcoLocal, brought the community together to celebrate sustainability, wellbeing, and local initiatives. With more than 100 stalls, visitors enjoyed a day filled with live music across three solar-powered stages, delicious food and drink, children’s activities, demonstrations, and artisan crafts. A free electric bus service also helped make the day even greener.
Carshalton College staff welcomed the opportunity to meet local residents, sharing information about lifelong learning, training opportunities, and the excellent facilities available at the College. The team also had the pleasure of speaking with the local MP during the day.
The Eco Fair was a fantastic celebration of community spirit, sustainability, and innovation – and Carshalton College was proud to be part of it.
