Adult learners taking art and craft courses at Merton College, will be showcasing their talent at a summer art exhibition in partnership with Sustainable Merton, at Canons House and Grounds in Mitcham.
The exhibition is entitled 'Crafting Wandle' and is based on the historic River Wandle. It will bring together creative responses to the river in a range of media, including stained glass, embroidery, calligraphy and decorative woodworking.
It will run from 30 June until 25 July, timings 10am-4pm Mon-Fri and 10am-2pm Sat, with a Private View taking place on Thurs 2 July from 5.30-7.30pm.
