BTEC Production Arts-Technical Theatre student, Hannah, gained Triple Distinction*, the highest grade possible and equivalent to 3 A* at A Level. Hannah says: “Doing a BTEC was a good choice for me as exams have never been my strong point and I much prefer learning hands on skills. Being able to gain practical experience to apply in future workplaces felt very valuable to me and Kingston College was great at giving me those opportunities to learn.
“After spending time in secondary education and doing a year at a 6th form, going to college was very refreshing as I had the chance learn in a way that helped me feel more prepared for my future.
“My goals after this course are to do some travelling before getting straight in to work. By having done this course I feel I now have enough knowledge and experience to be able to thrive in a theatre workplace.”
