We are thrilled to announce that Franmel "Ash" Fernandes has won 1st place in the Best Front Cover Design competition for the April edition of Business Connexions Magazine, hosted by the Wandsworth Chamber of Commerce. His eye-catching and thought-provoking design perfectly captured the theme of ‘Resilience in Business’, incorporating trending concepts relevant to today’s fast-evolving world.
CEO Beverley Corson praised Ash’s work, saying: “The design is very detailed—the more you look, the more you discover. Ash’s creativity, talent, and kind character make him truly deserving of this award.”
To celebrate his achievement, Beverley awarded Ash a £100 WHSmith voucher. Additionally, all participants received goodie bags from South Thames College as a token of appreciation for their hard work and creativity.
This competition was a fantastic opportunity for our learners to gain industry exposure and connect with the business community. A huge congratulations to Ash, and a big thank you to the Wandsworth Chamber of Commerce for supporting young creative talent. We look forward to seeing Ash’s work in print and continuing to strengthen connections between education and enterprise!
