Why you chose to study a BTEC and why you chose Kingston College?
I chose to study a BTEC because I really struggled in school and sixth form wasn't the best choice for me. I chose Kingston College because it was the College that stood out to me when visiting colleges and the teachers seemed very supportive and understanding.
Your plans after you complete your course?
My plan after my BTEC in Travel & Tourism is to take a gap year and work for my mum and then look for full time work in Travel and Tourism, hopefully working in the travel agent industry.
Is College life what you expected?
College life was what I expected but it was more fun and enjoyable. I liked coming in and working hard. My favourite part of my course was definitely the trips! I loved going to Salou in Spain with my class and also the Amsterdam trip.
Any advice to those thinking about applying for your course?
To have fun and get your work in on time so it doesn't pile up and become too much.
Any amazing tutors or met great new friends?
I met some really great friends at college and my teachers were all very supportive.
