Disney Plus visited our Media students on 30th March, giving information on their Internship and Apprenticeship programmes and how to apply for them.
Siani Curwen, a Content Operations Manager and Toni Ross, who works as a Content Operations Associate both spoke about their different journeys into Media and how they started out in other fields and were truly inspirational, resulting in a queue of students wishing to speak to them, one to one!
They provided great tips on what to include in CVs, cover letters and their main message was to ‘network, make use of all contacts in the field and to persevere!’ We are hoping Disney Plus will return in the final term to run some CV workshops for both Media and Business students.
