We are thrilled to announce a new partnership with Bayley & Sage. On Monday, 10 November 2025, the company’s HR Manager and Recruitment Administrator visited South Thames College (STC) to deliver an inspiring presentation to our Level 1 and Level 2 Business students.
The session offered invaluable insights into Bayley & Sage’s company culture, marketing strategies, and values. The highlight of the visit was the announcement that STC has been chosen as the very first college and educational establishment to pilot their new Work Experience (WEX) Programme.
Six learners will be selected for placements at one of the company’s six store locations across London, where they’ll work alongside staff and complete the 36 hours of WEX required for their courses. The event saw strong attendance from our students, with nine already signing up for the recruitment process.
This is a fantastic opportunity for our learners, and we look forward to building a long-lasting partnership between Bayley & Sage and South Thames College.
