What is Enrolment?

Please note that courses are now full at Kingston College for September 2023 and we will not be accepting any further applications.

Enrolment is your final stage of becoming a Kingston College student. Everyone needs to enrol, whether you are a full time, undergraduate or part time student or an apprentice. You will need to enrol before you can start classes in September.

Already Applied?

If you have already applied and hold an offer of a place you will receive your enrolment email and letter in late July, which includes your face to face appointment along with the Enrolment Guide (a step by step booklet ). If you applied from  the beginning of July until Friday 18 August you will have been sent an invitation to interview prior to enrolment, please follow the instuctions you receive. If you applied after Friday 18 August please go to Information Point - opening hours below.

New to College?

If you haven’t yet applied to study at our College in September 2023, it is not too late. You can apply for a course online by selecting the course via our website and clicking apply. Please see Apply Now for further details.  Please note that any applications received after Friday 18 August will be processed via Information Point - opening hours are below.

Not sure of which course to choose?

If you are unsure which course is right for you or you have received unexpected GCSE results, don’t worry. Our Careers Team can help by talking through your options at our Information Point. This will be open on weekdays from GCSE Results Day on Thursday 24 August. The opening hours for Information Point are 9am - 4pm on weekdays from 24 August - 7 September (except for the Bank Holiday).  Information Point can be found at:

Additional Learning Support

Our Additional Learning Support Team are here to support prospective students with Education and Health Care Plans (EHCPs) with applying and enrolling at our College. Students are encouraged to declare their EHCP on their application to ensure we can organise your support meeting and support mechanisms before you start on your course. Your parent/guardian and Local Authority should already be consulting with your College to ensure you are given the best chance of enrolling at your chosen provider.
