VENUE: Goals Tolworth, Kingston Road, Tolworth, KT5 9NT
PLAYING SURFACE: Grass or 3G so please bring suitable boots for both.

You MUST register your attendance on the form below. All trialists must have completed an online form before attending, our Academy Director will then make contact with you/your parents and confirm your place on the trial in due course.
