The Education Development Trust, an international not-for-profit organization dedicated to improving education and supporting smooth transitions into the workforce globally, recently engaged with Level 1 Plumbing students to highlight the importance of work experience.
During their visit, the organization emphasized how practical work placements can offer students valuable insights into various companies and the range of roles available in the plumbing industry. This initiative also aims to inspire students by showcasing the real-world relevance of their studies and motivating them to excel in their coursework.
The session underscored the numerous benefits of work experience, including opportunities to network with industry professionals, explore progression routes within companies, and develop essential employability skills.
