"I chose Carshalton College as I think it is a really good College and close to where I live. It has always been my goal to become an electrician. I learn something new every time I am at College.
I have passed my Level 2 and 18th Edition and plan to become a fully qualified Electrician.
I would recommend an Apprenticeship as a study route as you can benefit from learning on the job and at College".

"I chose to study an Apprenticeship as I thought it would be the best opportunity for me to learn and become the best person I could be in the future. I also think at Carshalton College I can learn things to help me in later life as well as on my course.
I really enjoy learning aspects on electrical components and seeing how things work, especially discussing it together in class which helps if you don’t understand something.
My goal is to become a fully qualified electrician, hopefully within 3 years.
I think an apprenticeship is the best way to go. Having in class learning and on site learning is a good balance which I think benefits you so much".

"I chose this course as I had an interest in Electrical Installation. I have really enjoyed reaching an overall understanding of the subject area.
My highlighted achievement is passing the Health & Safety exam! I hope to continue passing all my exams and furthering my Electrial knowledge.
If you are thinking of choosing an Apprenticeship, I would strongly recommend you choose a subject you are interested in".
