Our Hospitality & Catering staff and students took part in a Bake a Cake competition to support their Macmillan Coffee Morning event. They whipped up a selection of mouth-watering cakes, which went for sale in Taste Restaurant to raise money for the charity.
Student Tracy Wood, who studies the part time Level 2 course, took the winning crown of the Bake a Cake competition. All student and staff entries were of excellent quality and all sales went towards Macmillan.
