Meet Chartered Manager Degree apprentice, Richard, who is a Senior Manager employed by Croydon Health Services NHS Trust. When asked to give advice to prospective students, he said: “Just to do it with the South Thames Colleges Group. I can’t emphasise enough the difference it makes me having an Apprenticeship undertaken in person. I have colleagues in other hospitals that are doing it with other providers and it’s 100% virtual. They deeply regret their choices, because they don’t have the opportunity to meet the tutors face to face, get that level of support, know their peers and the support you also get from the course administrators on elements like your end point assessment, building your portfolio from the get go. Absolutely invaluable.”
