Our ESOL Entry 2 16–18 students volunteered with Dons Local Action Group (DLAG) in Wimbledon, a charity supporting people facing severe financial hardship across South West London.
The students helped to collect food donations at Waitrose, Morrisons and Sainsbury’s, before heading to the hub to assist the DLAG team in organising the donated products.
The day concluded with a special treat — a tour of Wimbledon Football Stadium, which was a fantastic reward after a full day of hard work. A big thank you to everyone who supported the students throughout their work experience!
