Master’s students from the University of Roehampton recently had the exciting opportunity to visit South Thames College’s state-of-the-art Green Construction Lab in Wandsworth, an innovative facility at the forefront of sustainability and Net Zero initiatives.

The Green Construction Lab, designed to support the UK’s vital transition to Net Zero, offers hands-on access to cutting-edge renewable technologies and sustainable construction methods. It will host a wide range of innovative training courses aimed at developing the green workforce of the future.

Lilian da Silva, lecturer in the Engineering Project Management programme at the University of Roehampton, said:
“After learning about renewable energy technologies in class, our Master’s students were thrilled to experience the Green Construction Lab in person. Seeing these sustainable systems in action brought their studies to life, it was an inspiring and eye-opening experience.”
