18-year-old Charlotte Carpenter, one of our Hospitality and Catering students, entered the Great Volunteer Police Cadets Bake Off in March, a virtual competition which was open to all Police Cadets across 32 London boroughs. Organised by London Police Cadets, the competition received 124 entries over four categories and we are delighted that Charlotte won first place with her carrot cake for Artistic Flair and second place in the Overall Winner category.
She used the valuable skills she learnt at college to bake a delicious carrot cake, designed in the shape of the vegetable itself! Well done Charlotte!
