Safeguarding

 A group of Level 2 Professional Cookery students were treated to a professional cookery masterclass by Royal Automobile Club Head Chef Howard Bisset, organised by our Employability Team. 

They were also joined by former Merton College students Raj Patel, Chef de Partie, and Joseph Pontanos, Sous Chef. 

Students created a mouth watering choux bun with pistachio ganache, vanilla cremeux and lemon curd. The RAC even provided ingredients for students to practice using at home. 

The RAC was so impressed with our students that they invited them along to visit their Epsom venue.
