Hospitality & Catering studentscatered at our Green Labs launch and Employers’ Awards, preparing and serving food for the Mayor, local employers and partners.Students completed their social action task by hosting an Afternoon Tea at Taste for staff and guests to raise money for the Burnt Chef Project.
They were also welcomed to theFrench restaurant Bleeding Heart,where threeMerton alumni students cooked for them before they attended a tour of the kitchens and dining rooms.
