British Library A Level October Trip

This week, Kingston’s A-Level English students visited the 'Treasures of the British Library' exhibition, where they viewed original manuscripts of writers they are studying. The trip aimed to deepen their appreciation of literature through first hand exposure to iconic works.

Among the highlights of the exhibition was Shakespeare’s First Folio, which ties into the students' study of Othello. They are also studying The Great Gatsby by F. Scott Fitzgerald and A Streetcar Named Desire by Tennessee Williams.
