Students studying the T Level benefit from learning in a nursery setting in our Little Plumbs Nursery, a large, colourful room divided into carefully planned interest areas. Our calming and therapeutic Sensory Room offers a unique way to explore the five senses with lights, colours, sounds and sensory soft play resources.
Megan is a student on the T Level in Education and Early Years at Kingston College. She says:
Why did you choose the T Level in Education and Early Years
I chose to do T Level in Education and Early Years because I have always wanted to work with children. Growing up I always wanted to be a teacher in primary school. I played and participated in lots of children activities as a child and I loved it.
Why did you choose Kingston College?
I chose Kingston College as it was near to my home and people I knew told me It was a good college, they got good grades and met new people, and it was a fun journey.
Favourite part of your course?
My favourite part of my course is placement. I love spending quality time with the children in my nursery, they are so funny and full of life. It is also teaching me things I need to know in my course.
Is College life what you expected?
College is sort of what I expected but I didn’t know that I would make life-long friendships. I love my teachers, they are so supportive.
