Cody is studying Level 2 Electrical Installation and is coming to the end of a second successful year. Cody has cerebral palsy but even when clearly facing difficulties, he does not complain nor expect to be treated differently. He’s persevered and progressed, becoming more confident and consistently demonstrating an outstanding aptitude and a strong work ethic.
Cody has actively participated in work placement activities, where he has broadened his knowledge and practical skills in electrical installation and other construction trades. His tutor said: “Cody is well respected by his peers, often helping them in the workshop where he was the first one in his group to complete his practical assessment.”
