Meet talented BTEC Media student, Niamh Jay, who has nothing but positive things to say about her time with us: “I chose a BTEC as I have always preferred coursework to exams. I found exams extremely stressful and felt they didn’t allow my true skills and potential to shine - unlike coursework. Therefore, once I had made that decision - Kingston College was an immediate decision for me, due to its amazing reputation and welcoming community! I couldn’t be happier about making this decision.
“Now that I have finished college, my goal is to gain an Apprenticeship. I know how competitive they are - but I believe if I uphold my resilient and hard-working attitude, I will hopefully succeed. I would love the Apprenticeship to focus on Media - whether that is film production or not. I love to develop new skills and am always keen to learn new things.
“Just to finish off, I would like to say thank you to all the friends I met during college, you all made the experience so much more enjoyable. Finally, to my teachers - thank you for everything as I could not have done this course without you!”
