Franky Fernandes, Head Chef at the London Marriott Hotel Restaurant, delivered a Masterclass to our Professional Cookery students this week.
The Head Chef filleted a fish and then cooked it and the students observed his techniques and tried to replicate them.
The experience of this masterclass from a world class chef was invaluable in teaching our students new skills for their future careers.
