Alexandra Worley, who studied A Level+ Law and Humanities, plans to take a Masters in Law following her degree.

Why did you choose to study a BTEC and why did you choose Kingston College?

Your plans after you complete your course?

I plan to further my education at St Mary’s University in Twickenham, where I will pursue a degree in law. Afterwards, I plan to take a Master's in Law to qualify as a practicing lawyer. My ambition is to specialize in areas such as universal litigation and patent law.

Favourite part of your course?

The invaluable work experience and opportunities which consisted of me taking part in a two week program at Kingston law firm, Rose & Rose. This placement offered me valuable insight into the real world and additionally allowed me to make connections with high end lawyers who drove my ambition to pursue law in the future. I also had the unique opportunity of visiting the Houses of Parliament, where I gained a deeper understanding of the legislative process and witnessed first-hand how laws are created and bills are passed. This experience was instrumental in solidifying my interest in the legal field and enhancing my appreciation for the complexities of law-making.
