Discovering Painting
This 8-week course is a great introduction into painting. Ideal for people who want to learn new skills or build on existing ones in a friendly and creative environment.

Course Content
Throughout this 8-week course you will work with a range of painting mediums including watercolors, acrylics and inks, along with more experiential techniques. Working from a still-life set-up and your own imagery, you will have the opportunity to create a broad range of paintings on various scales and develop your skills and confidence! All of this will be done with the support and guidance of your lecturer. -
Progression Next Steps
You could progress onto another of our evening classes including Exploring Drawing or explore a new wet medium such as Textile Printmaking. -

All materials and equipment will be provided, but you are also more than welcome to bring your own if you would prefer.Please be aware our courses need to meet a minimum recruitment number in order for them to run, a full refund will be provided should a course not meet the required numbers.
