  • Course Content

Working in the photographic darkroom, over the course of several weeks, students will explore camera-less techniques such as:

    • Photograms – creating images by placing objects directly onto light-sensitive paper.

    • Chemigrams – blending painting and photography with chemicals to produce abstract results.

    • Cyanotype – using UV light to create beautiful, blue-toned prints.

As well as many others! Students will also learn to create digital negatives from their own images to make tangible prints.

No prior experience is needed - just a curiosity for creative image-making and a willingness to experiment.
