This qualification is designed for adult learners who would like to work as cabin crew. This is an ideal course for someone wishing to change their career. This qualification will focus on an introduction to cabin crew, offering a breadth and depth of study, incorporating key core of knowledge and practical and technical skills.

Entry Requirements
This qualification is designed for adult learners who would like to work as cabin crew. There are no specific recommended prior learning requirements for this qualification. However, learners may find it helpful if they've already achieved a Level 1 qualification. -
Course Content
Being part of a cabin crew team gives you the chance to demonstrate first-class customer service skills and provide passengers with a fantastic experience to remember.On our NCFE Level 2 Cabin Crew course, you will learn how to coordinate a safe flight, prepare the cabin, get passengers aboard and perform safety procedures as well as how to deal with emergencies.
Throughout the course, 6 units will be completed covering all of the different and crucial elements of working as a member of the Air Cabin Crew in the Aviation sector.
Some of the topics that will be covered on this course will include:
- The Role of Cabin Crew
- Aviation First Aid
- Developing Customer Service Skills
- Safety and Emergency Procedures
- Delivering Safety Demonstrations
- Delivering Passenger Announcements
- Cabin crew interview techniques
During the course, students will also participate in various role-play scenarios where they will learn what it takes to deliver the appropriate level of cabin service.

Additional Information
The course will start on 21 November and will complete by July. Attendance will be from 4.30pm-8.30pm on Thursdays and delivery will be through a blended learning model - some sessions will be remote.This course will take place at our Kingston Hall Rd site.

You will be assessed by assignments, projects, case studies, observations, presentations and role-plays in the mock aircraft.
