VTCT Level 4 Chemical Peels and Micro Needling Combination Course
This qualification is a short course, designed for practicing skin specialists who are currently preforming skin specialist treatments in a clinic. It is also suitable for qualified Level 3 Therapists who wish to embark on furthering their education in the Aesthetics sector.

Entry Requirements
Applicants should be aged 18 years+.This qualification is for level 3 qualified beauty therapists or medical experts who want to add advanced aesthetic treatments to their treatment offerings.

Course Content
Chemical Peels This Level 4 chemical peels course will not only teach you how to correctly complete skin peeling treatments. Students will also learn the science behind the procedure to develop all the skills required to carry out skin peeling treatments safely.  In the course, students will learn how to use various chemicals for skin peelings, such as Glycolic acid, Salicylic Acid and Kojic Acid.Micro Needling The qualification covers all non-medical skin needling treatments for the face and body up to 1mm for Fine lines, improved skin condition and texture, laxity and stretch mark improvement. Candidates will be trained on manual, and automatic devises.
This course covers all elements of the theory of skin needling, peeling and advanced Anatomy, Physiology and Microbiology of the skin.

- Practical externally assessed exam within STC
- Short case studies of skin needling and peeling on different areas of the face and body.

Additional Information
The next available start date will be held on Monday 24th February 2025. Course will be every Monday 10am - 5pm for 12 weeks. The cost for the Combination Course is £2000 plus kit -
Course Structure
The course is a blend of theory and practical element covering a range of needling treatments on the face and body.This course awards competence following a series of case study practical skin needling, peeling treatments, and a practical and theory exam.
