This course is designed for students that are new to drawing, or with an existing art practice, that are seeking to expand their repertoire of research methodologies through drawing and mark making.

Are you a fine artist looking for new ways to deepen your enquiry into existing thematic interests and intentions? Perhaps you are a professional designer or illustrator who wants to develop a fine art practice? This drawing course combines practical with theory, and aims to challenge anyone to take a new look at drawing.

    The course will consist of tutor-led, supportive, dynamic workshops that will facilitate a nuanced and rigorous reflection on your drawing and image making. Over the course, you will explore abstraction, automatic drawing, magnification, somatic practice, sound scoring, fragmentation, absurdity and collage.
